Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Incorrect item was sent.
  • Refund request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items on sale or clearance.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

  • Include images of the defective or incorrect item (if applicable).
  • Wait for confirmation before returning the item.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Send you an email notification regarding approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account and contact your bank.
  • Refunds may take a few days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
  • If you still haven't received your refund, email us at info@multigems.lk.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info@multigems.lk.

7. Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
